Depots
Depots are crucial in delivery, and the Depots page allows users to manage data for depots used in deliveries.
1. Field Specification
1.1 Overview
Overview page lists all available depots, allowing the user to quickly view all depots and search for a specific depot using supported fields.

| 1 | ID | The field shows the ID of the depot |
| 2 | Active | The field which indicates whether the record is activated or not This is a general function that available in all business modules |
| 3 | Name | The field shows the depot name |
| 4 | Post Code | The field shows the post code of the depot |
| 5 | City | The field shows the city of the depot |
| 6 | City Addon | The field shows the city addon of the depot |
| 7 | Street / Nr. | The field shows the street and house number of the depot |
1. 2 Details
Depot details page maintains the more detailed information and physical location of a depot.

To draw polygons, click Polygon button in the upper-left corner of the map, and click on the map to place polygon outlines. When the edges are all connected, the polygon is created.
To draw circles, click Circle button in the upper-left corner of the map, click the circle center, and drag to the desired size.
When entering the edit mode of an existing depot, user could drag the checkbox in the center to adjust the location, or drag the checkbox on the edge to adjust the size. |
2. Flow of Events
To use Depots module, follow the steps below:
- Nagivate to Base Data > Depots
- On Overview page, click Create button to create a new depot entry, or select an existing depot to edit or delete
- On Details page, basic information is displayed in the left panel, edit fields as needed and click Save
- Depot geometry polygon could be drawn or edited on map by clicking Edit button
- To draw polygons, click Polygon button in the upper-left corner of the map, and click on the map to place polygon outlines. When the edges are all connected, the polygon is created.
- To draw circles, click Circle button in the upper-left corner of the map, click the circle center, and drag to the desired size.
- When entering the edit mode of an existing depot, user could drag the checkbox in the center to adjust the location, or drag the checkbox on the edge to adjust the size.
