In Monitoring pages, administrator could track scheduled tasks, driver application usage status and external service status.

 

1. Scheduled Task Monitoring

Administrator could click Add button at the bottom-right corner of the scheduled task list to add a new scheduled task.

 

There are two types of Schedule Type. One is CRON, and the following Schedule Value should use cron expression to configure the cycle. The other is PERIODIC, which uses hour, minute and second classes to configure the cycle.

 

Run On StartUp indicates whether the task is started when the system starts.

 

Administrator could select any existing scheduled task and click Edit or Delete button at the buttom-right corner of the scheduled task list to edit or remove an existing scheduled task.

2StatusThe column shows the scheduled task statusIf the scheduled task is in action, the status would show as RUNNING.
3Start TaskThe button to start a taskWhen select an existing task and click Start Task button, the task will be triggered and started.

2. Driver Monitoring

This module is mainly used to show info about app usage by driversthe goal is that a company admin has quick aceess to a overview of jobmoitor users, their devices, assigned jobs and see the app version

 

in that way the company admin can talk in real to the jobmon users and advice them to update the app if needed.The Assigned Job field shows that the delivery date is the job allocated between the current date and the current date five days ago.

 

These five days are the default values set in configs and can be modifiedshown in the screenshot below). The display format of the Device Info field is device name (app version - platform). A driver may have multiple devices, sorted by LastUpdateTime.
