1. User
User & Rights is where to manage system users.

Num | Field | Info | Function |
1 | User list | The list which displays all system users | Administrator could click Add button at the bottom-right corner of the user list to add a new user.
Administrator could select any existing user and click Delete button at the buttom-right corner of the user list to remove an existing user. |
2 | Details | The section shows the user details | Administrator needs to input user details on this tab, including username, first and last name, email, description, phone and fax numbers, assign roles and user passwords.
If the user is to connect with a Jobmonitor user, administrator could turn on E-Access section and associate a user to it. |
2. Roles
Each Tourmonitor user needs to be assigned with a role.

1 | Role list | The list which displays all system roles | Administrator could click Add button at the bottom-right corner of the role list to add a new user.
Administrator could select any existing role and click Delete button at the buttom-right corner of the role list to remove an existing role. |
2 | Details | The field shows the role details | Administrator needs to input role details on this tab, including assignment of parent role, role name and description. |
3 | Routes | Route list to assign routes to roles | On the left side lists all available routes, and administrator can select and assign routes from the list. |
3. Rights
Page access could be configured in this page, and administrator could define whether the module is visible and available for editing.

1 | Right list | The list which displays all system rights | Administrator could click Add button at the bottom-right corner of the right list to add a new right.
Administrator could select any existing right and click Delete button at the buttom-right corner of the right list to remove an existing right. |
2 | Details | The section shows the configuration of the rights | Administrator could manage right sequence, assign parent right, and whether the read and/or write access could be seen on right tree. Right name is read only. |
4. Authorization
On this page, administrator could assign proper rights to roles.

1 | Role list | The list which displays all system roles | All existing system roles are listed in the list for right assignment. |
2 | Right tree | The section shows all existing system rights | The rights are listed in a tree whose structure is configured in User > Rights.
Administrator could select any existing role and click Update Right button at the bottom-right corner of the right tree to configure specific page access for a role. |
5. API Authorizations
On this page, available REST APIs are listed and administrator could define API path, HTTP method and access type for the APIs which would be available to external applications.

1 | API list | The list which displays all available APIs | Administrator could click Add button at the bottom-right corner of the API list to add a new API.
Administrator could select any existing API and click Delete button at the buttom-right corner of the API list to remove an existing API. |
2 | Details | The section shows information of an API | Administrator could define API path, HTTP method and access type.
HTTP methods include GET, POST, PUT, DELETE and PATCH.
Access types include anonymous access and authentication needed access. |
